Hovedmotor HVM: 2 x MTU 16V 4000 M70 Red.Gear: 2 x ZF 7550 NR Jet: 2 x Rolls Royce Kamewa S II The vessel has 2 main engines MTU 16V 4000, one in each hull with a total engine power of 4640 Kw (MCR 2000). On the output shaft from the main motor, gears are connected which reduce the speed 2.2, which in turn is connected to the shaft of the water jet impeller. The main engine is a 4-stroke engine with attached seawater, fresh water, diesel and lubricating oil pumps. The main engine is fitted with an air filter, lubricating oil filter and a diesel filter, in addition there are two prefilter for diesel, one in operation and one in «st.by», which is not fitted with an engine. Cooling water capacity 290 liters, lubricating oil capacity 230 liters (upper mark dipstick) and dry weight engine 7750 kg. Main engine monitoring takes place locally in engine rooms with MTU's own monitoring system. This sends signals on to the Marin Link monitoring system on the bridge. Each main motor has two 24V starter motors that must work together for the motor to start, and each motor has two sets of starter batteries that can be switched between. The ship has two, auxiliary engines Volvo TAMD 74 A with attached generator for the production of electric power. Engine is 4-stroke 6 axle with generator power of 136 Kw. An auxiliary engine in each hull in the same compartment as the main engine. Auxiliary engine has attached lubricating oil pump, diesel pump, seawater pump and freshwater pump, in addition there are two prefilter for diesel, one in operation and one in "st.by", which is not mounted engine. Cooling water capacity 34 liters, lubricating oil capacity 23 liters and dry weight engine with generator 1835 kg. Auxiliary engine monitoring takes place locally in engine rooms with "auto machine and Volvo"'s monitoring system. This sends signals on to the Marin Link monitoring system on the bridge. Each auxiliary motor has one 24V starter motor with two sets of the same starter batteries as the main motors. In addition to two generators, the ship has an emergency generator with its own emergency switchboard which is located outside and on deck. Emergency generator is a Perkins 4TGM with mounted generator and output of 60 Kva. Cooling water capacity 18 liters, lubricating oil capacity 8.1 liters and dry weight engine 435 kg, dry weight generator 384 kg. Emergency generator has two sets of starter battery set 24V which are placed in the same box on the deck as the engine and emergency switchboard.
